55m Support Vessel
Customer's Design
The concept originates from vessels developed for commercial use which are also able to perform in extreme sea conditions. This project blends in with the other yachts on the fleet as it offers an alternative way to cruise when the client already owns a superyacht and needs to have a second one to store tenders, helicopters and submarines and to house extra staff and crew members. The yacht can be equipped and designed to accommodate the owner and his guests too, should he wish to stay onboard.
Exteriors Gallery
With a stern area of 224sqm wide, the RSY 55m concept has enough space available to accommodate both the helicopter touch-and-go platform and store all the water toys needed. On top of providing unmatched comfort, the yacht also has a steel and aluminum keel consenting safe navigation in rough seas and efficiency whilst cruising.
Interiors Gallery
Spacious exteriors, even larger interiors: together with the owner’s suite the RSY 55M holds 2 double guest rooms and the space dedicated to the crew can easily accommodate up to 14 members. Factors such as low hydrodynamic resistance, aluminum and composite materials for the top deck, all combined with calibrated weight distribution and a low center of gravity are key-factors in reducing motion and increasing comfort while underway.
